Badr is about 150 km south-west of Madinah. The via-Badr option adds Masjid al-Areesh, the battlefield and the Martyrs' Cemetery to your trip. It adds time and a small extra fare, so tell us when you book.Entering ihram at the miqat
Pilgrims travelling from Madinah to Makkah for Umrah enter ihram at Dhul Hulayfah, about 14 km from Masjid an-Nabawi. The site has washrooms and areas for wudu and changing. Many pilgrims put on their ihram clothing at the hotel and make their intention at the miqat. Your driver stops and waits.
